Mission Statement
Ten years ago, I moved into a share house in search of an international exchange experience.
I decided that I wanted to offer the “awareness, learning, broadening of horizons, and inspiration gained through interaction with others” that I had experienced myself, in a form that would be easily accepted by the world.
Since then, I have lived in 10 properties and visited over 200 properties to research share houses. Established a share house management company (vice president) and managed 4 designer share houses.
I later became independent and established Irodori Factory Co., Ltd.
Currently, we have produced 17 concept share houses.
Entrepreneurial share house where entrepreneurs enjoy friendly competition,
a share house with English conversation lessons to improve your English conversation skills,
a share house where single mothers help each other to raise their children,
a share house with a preparatory school for ronin students to grow up for a year,
We have produced Japan’s first housing environment in each of these areas.
Our corporate philosophy is
“To create a world where everyone can be excited about everyday life”.
We will continue to create an environment that will serve as a catalyst for a society where people can enjoy their own comfortable lives, honestly have dreams and hopes, and gain warm-hearted connections with others and the joy of making a contribution.
In the future, we will take on the challenge of creating a social environment in which both the elderly and the younger generation can “obtain human connections if only they wish,” not only through shared housing, but also through community building in apartment complexes and towns as a whole.
