If the Company determines that such a request is necessary, it will promptly make the requested Correction.

The Company will notify the user without delay when it has made the Correction based on the preceding provision or has decided not to make the Correction.

Article 9 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

If the Company receives a request from an individual to suspend the use or delete their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use”) on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose of use or has been acquired by improper means, the Company will promptly conduct a necessary investigation.

Based on the results of the investigation, if the Company determines that the request is justified, it will promptly implement the Suspension of Use.

The Company will notify the user without delay when it has implemented the Suspension of Use or has decided not to implement it.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, if the Suspension of Use involves excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company will take such alternative measures.

Article 10 (Amendments to This Policy)

The contents of this Policy may be revised without notifying users, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect upon being posted on this website.
