This is an international exchange designer share house

where people from different languages, cultures,

and professions gather to enjoy and stimulate each other

and improve their language skills while having fun.

Through daily conversations, events, playing in a darts bar,

and watching a movie in a theater room,

we provide an environment

where you can enjoy sharing

experiences, skills, and connections

while making new friends and improving your language skills.

Rent	・Private room: 65,000 yen (1-year and 2-year discounts available) ・Room for 2: 50,000 yen for 1 person, 40,000 yen each for 2 persons ・Room for 5: 30,000 yen
Common service fee	10,000 yen (Water, utilities, WiFi fees)
Occupancy requirement	Male / female / 2 persons / foreigner occupancy possible
Common Facilities	Lounge, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, theater room, darts bar counter, yoga room, iron, TV, washing machine (free), bicycle parking (fee), motorcycle parking (fee)
